"Roasary House" is a home
stay located in Chivla, and is just
a minute walk from the beach. The
Home stay is located in a coconut
plantation with three non A/c rooms
built in a traditional style, 20 feet
high ceiling with manglore tiles in
a coconut plantation. With the kind
of architecture and the plantation
shade, the customer does not require
Air conditioner in the room. The rooms
are spacious, with attached bathroom,
changing room and a living room to
the bedroom. Two rooms have western
style WC while one room has indian
style WC. The host family is primarily
dependent on fishing and started home
stay to cater to the growing inflow
of tourists. The host, Fernandez family
makes delicious food, specially non
veg malvani cuisine and expects customers
to intimate them in advance so that
they can serve their cutomers better.
